This web page constitutes a legally binding document and forms an integral part of the User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) for our video-chat application, CooMeet (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”). The term “Application” also includes and refers to the website https://coomeet.com.

Mandatory Rules

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are a minor, you will be asked to provide proof of age. If we request proof of age, you are obligated to provide all requested information and documents. Failure to provide such information entitles the Company to immediately terminate the Agreement and your membership, with or without notice (“permanent ban”). In the event of such termination, your right to access and use the Application will be revoked.

Adult content, including nudity and sexually explicit material, is permitted only in areas accessible after successful age verification. Such content is strictly prohibited in public or non-age-gated areas and may result in immediate account suspension. All content must comply with the Application’s Acceptable Use Policy, including consent and safety requirements.

When using the Application, it is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to:

(a) Use obscenities or language that is offensive to your chat partner;

(b) Turn off your webcam or point it away from your face. Your face must be clearly visible in close-up;

(c) Use freeze-frames, screenshots, or broadcast pre-recorded photo/video content via your camera, even if you are featured in that content.

Violators will be banned. The duration of the ban is determined by the Administration and may vary depending on the severity of the violation.

Please note: Your face must remain visible within the frame. Any other body parts displayed in public areas or non-age-gated zones must be clothed. Face visibility is optional with an active Premium account.
